Ł.CLUB is building a decentralised bridging protocol for Litecoin and other altcoins, wrapping new assets for Ethereum DeFi with generative art NFTs as cross-chain address bindings_

Mission_

How it started? LTC was born as a fork of BTC, and became a $10B fully decentralised asset class with interesting privacy developments but no smart contract functionality.

In the near future, with the introduction of the Mimble-Wimble upgrade, it can become the easiest privacy pool with deep liquidity for Ethereum users. So far, its potential is untapped. We need wrapped Litecoin!

Technology_

How it's going? We created an interesting way to bind LTC address with ETH address: by minting unique NFTs on Ethereum with a generative art based on the LTC address, the ETH address that holds this NFT can receive the wrapped LTC that was sent to the Ł.CLUB bridge from that LTC address.

We invented a novel bridging protocol that can be run by other members of the Ł.CLUB, creating a network of bridges, decentralised and secure. Each bridge operator can set their own fees, perks and limits.

Not just a DAO but a CLUB_

Ł.CLUB is based on a native token called LCL. This token is used by the Decentralised Autonomous Club (DAC) to submit proposals, cast votes, receive perks and most importantly as the collateral for the insurance. Every bridge operator has to stake LCL to join the network.

LCL can be purchased with ETH from the Ł.CLUB or on the open market. The value of the staked LCL must exceed the value of the wrapped LTC that bridge has issued. In case the bridge native LTC tokens are lost, the insurance in LCL backed by ETH will secure that incident.

Beyond Litecoin_

Ł.CLUB network can be easily used to bring other assets to Ethereum like ADA, SOL, DOT and many more. Our end goal is a seamless transfer of assets to and from Ethereum.
